The building is composed of two parts: one of them constructed on top of an existing building which was partly demolished whilst retaining the structure, and the other a new building built from the ground up.
The work involved: foundations, partition walls, flooring, ceilings, tiling, interior and exterior cladding (including façade) and indoor installations (electricity, plumbing, FP and air conditioning).
